| Comprehensive Assessment and
Strategic Planning: Prior to initiating a search, we conduct
a comprehensive analysis and definition of the participant’s leadership/management
strengths, personality profile, skill set, and key accomplishment inventory.
Extensive testing is conducted along with intensive consultation from one
of our senior associates. This analysis also includes identification of
obstacles that may present problems in the search. Following the assessment,
a strategic career-marketing plan is developed to target positions, industries
or other career opportunities. |
| Coaching in Credentials Development:
This is a CorporateWarriors exclusive, not available from any other outplacement
or career management firm. Instead of the traditional, ho-hum, two-page
resume, we guide the participant in submitting documentation to produce
his/her extraordinary credentials of distinction. These credentials have
received praise from hiring executives and recruiters across the country.
The portfolio includes a results-oriented two- or three-page resume, key
accomplishment summaries (one page each) when appropriate to the selected
program, and a statement of insights relevant to the targeted industry
or position when appropriate to the selected program. Using this portfolio
strategy, we consistently help place people at the highest level, including
CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs and department heads. |

beyond networking, we show participants how to build exceptional partnerships

These published articles generate direct job opportunities as well as

We actually discourage "interviewing." We demonstrate how to
create "business meeting environments" as opposed to the traditional
interview approach, which can be intimidating and very one-sided. |
| Compensation and Salary Negotiations:
Comprehensive guidance in the salary negotiation process. Every aspect
of the compensation package is considered and reviewed. If necessary,
as a result of our strategic partnership with an employment attorney,
we will provide employment contract review by an attorney at a special
CorporateWarriors reduced rate.
