Our coaches are not "traditional" career counselors-they are executives and recruiters
who have done battle in the corporate trenches. They know what it takes to achieve success
driving an executive career. The number of hours of one-on-one private career coaching
the participant will receive is based on the program he/she selects.
Comprehensive Assessment and Strategic Planning:
Prior to initiating a search, we conduct a comprehensive analysis and definition
of the participant's leadership/management strengths, personality profile, skill
set, and key accomplishment inventory. Extensive testing is conducted along with
intensive consultation from one of our senior associates. This analysis also
includes identification of obstacles that may present problems in the search.
Following the assessment, a strategic career marketing plan is developed to target
positions, industries, or other career opportunities.
Internet Job Search Training and Strategies:
Corporate Warriors is ahead of the wave in Internet-driven search techniques. In
fact, our CEO Donald Straits served as a career advisor to the world's largest
Internet provider, America Online (AOL). We provide intensive Internet job search
training along with ongoing advice on every aspect of Internet job searches.
Innovative Marketing Techniques and Lead Generation:
In addition to all the standard search techniques, we advocate creative approaches
to opening doors of opportunity. We have more than 30 strategies for generating job
leads. For example, beyond networking, we show participants how to build exceptional
partnerships and relationships that lead to jobs, contract assignments, or
entrepreneurship possibilities. In many cases, we also assist participants in
getting published. These published articles generate direct job opportunities as
well as providing credibility to the participant.
Bold Interviewing Strategies:
We actually discourage "interviewing." We demonstrate how to create "business meeting"
environments as opposed to the traditional interview approach, which can be
intimidating and very one-sided.
Compensation and Salary Negotiations:
Comprehensive guidance in the salary negotiation process. Every aspect of the
compensation package is considered and reviewed. If necessary, as a result of our
strategic partnership with an employment attorney, we will provide employment
contract review by an attorney at a special Corporate Warriors reduced rate.

Computer Proficiency Training:
While the majority of our participants have good computer skills, we have discovered
that by providing "tips and tricks," we dramatically improve their computer efficiency
and effectiveness. We focus on using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, and
PowerPoint). During our Internet training, we also provide "tips and tricks" on
the Internet interface.
Writing Skills Training:
Creating high-impact sentences, effective email messages, and powerful documents
requires a special skill set. To enhance a participant's writing communication skills,
we provide "tips and tricks" on effective writing techniques including formatting,
grammar and usage, and punctuation.
Tactical Plans
Online Career Strategy Manual:
Our clients have password access to a manual describing every aspect of our unique
strategies and tactics. The manual is copyrighted and for exclusive use of our
clients only.
Website "Members Only" Service and Database Support:
Our website also provides an area that is only accessible by a user ID and password.
We provide direct links to nearly 900 job search Internet sites. There are also
listings of job banks, job lines, and links to other key Internet sites. We also
have proprietary corporate databases for the exclusive use of our participants.
Also included is a special "tips and tricks" reference section. If you wish to
visit this password-protected area, we will arrange a private tour.
This is a Corporate Warriors exclusive, not available from any other outplacement
or career management firm. Instead of the traditional, ho-hum, two-page resume,
we guide the participant in submitting documentation to produce his/her extraordinary
credentials of distinction. These credentials have received praise from hiring
executives and recruiters across the country.
The portfolio includes a results-oriented two- or three-page resume, key accomplishment
summaries (one page each) when appropriate to the selected program, and a statement of
insights relevant to the targeted industry or position when appropriate to the selected
program. Using this portfolio strategy, we consistently help place people at the highest
level, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and department heads.
Your portfolio may include professionally designed tables, charts, or graphs to
visually illustrate your documented record of leadership and performance.
Our career experts typically spend in excess of 20 hours developing and writing your
credentials of distinction.
After the portfolio is complete, you will receive a computer disk (or e-mail transfer)
of the file. You will also receive a sample printed portfolio in a presentation
folder with complimentary business cards.
Modification of the portfolio is the client's responsibility; however, we will assist
with strategy and editing advice.

As part of a social media strategy, Corporate Warriors can shoot expertise video clips for the client at a fee of $300 per clip. These clips will be uploaded to YouTube or a video hosting site of the clients choice.
Corporate Warriors also has a Personal LinkedIn Profile Video service as an optional service. The LinkedIn service is $499 ($300 for the video and $199 to upload the video to YouTube, Sharepoint (LinkedIn Video App), and then LinkedIn. If the client provides the video, then the fee to upload to LinkedIn is $199.
As a result of the advances in multimedia technology, Corporate Warriors can now
offer the option of adding a video clip to your online resume portfolio. Imagine
the impact on hiring executives when you present yourself in streaming video,
outlining how your expertise can affect an organization's performance! Coupled
with your impressive online credentials, this feature can really put you head and
shoulders above other candidates.
All of our clients, regardless of the program they select, are integrated into the
Corporate Warriors searchable resume database. Our resume database is accessed by
executive recruiters and hiring managers worldwide. Unlike other resume sites that
have monsters or headhunters, our site does not charge the hiring executive or
recruiter to access the site. Therefore we get site access that never reaches your
resume on any other fee based resume site.
For the Platinum and Corporate Leaders programs, we will provide 500 custom-designed
business cards for networking and inclusion in the executive resume portfolios. For
the Leadership Track and Fast Start programs, we will include 100 custom-designed
business cards.

Our executive database resource helps you target industries, specific companies, locations, and key executive contacts with access to over 12 million business records. All executive contacts include complete address, phone and personal email. These lists are compiled and updated monthly from a number of sources including business credit reports, annual reports, yellow page directories, business and industry directories and phone verification.

We customize your search efforts by locating specific companies and executives that are most likely to have an interest in your executive leadership. Typically our searches generate from 250 to 500 results. We do not recommend broad searches for thousands of contacts as this generates irrelevant results. You will be given full access to these lists to use as appropriate. You may conduct up to three unique searches.
Clients can participate in our Leadership Talent Showcase as often as they wish. Typically the showcase goes out about six times a year (every two months), but can vary in frequency. The Showcase is distributed to approximately 10,000 Recruiters, VC's, PE's, selected board members, influencers in the careers industry, and key corporate decision makers within different industries and functional communities. The Showcase is also disseminated throughout Linkedin Groups via InShare, Facebook and Google Plus. It is also tweeted to key followers.
We will provide introductions to key recruiters, VC's and PE's relevant to your industry or functional area. Through the Warriors Network, described above, you will also receive position announcements not advertised to the public from the recruiters, VC's and PE's.

exclusively dedicated to the executive job search. All emails sent and received are
job search related. This service is particularly important when the client is conducting

Leaders, and Leadership Track programs).
Identification of key influencers, including board members, C-level executives, venture
capital, private equity, and hedge fund executives. On-staff nationwide research authority
with a background in the intelligence community. This service is a significant time saver
and part of our commitment to provide the world's finest executive search services (Platinum

Administration
This unique service provides the client with a resource for advising on computer issues,
writing issues, research issues or any other issue or question that our staff might be
able to handle. You will have direct access to our on-site webmaster and administrative
manager. If we can help solve a problem, we will do so (Platinum and Corporate Leaders
