Contract for Services:

  2. Video or audio recording of the one-on-one sessions or leadership seminars is not permitted without prior authorization of CorporateWarriors.com.
  3. All materials presented to the client are copyrighted and are for the sole use of CorporateWarriors.com and the client. Any reproduction or use by other individuals is strictly prohibited.
  4. There is no promise, verbal or written, of the assurance of employment.
  5. If any dispute should arise regarding the services provided by CorporateWarriors.com, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration. The party which does not prevail will be responsible for all costs associated with the arbitration.
  6. You may cancel this contract for career services, without any penalty or obligation, if notice of cancellation is given, in writing, within three business days of the date of execution of this contract.

Guarantee:

Full payment is due at the signing of the contract. At the end of the first coaching session and after the first draft of the resume portfolio has been completed, if the client is not totally satisfied with the content of the program, the services will be discontinued and the client will receive a full refund.
