FEATURE 1: |
The database interface is
user friendly and has complete help files available. |

FEATURE 2: |
The Industries screen allows you to make your selections
in detail. Any industries shown as a blue link allow you
to further refine your search. You can search by industry
or by SIC code. |

FEATURE 3: |
Once you have selected your industries, you can filter out companies by size. |

FEATURE 4: |
You can select desired locations by state or click on
any of the blue links to further refine the area you wish
to search. Or, if you are looking for something local,
you can choose to search by zip code. |

FEATURE 5: |
If you choose to search by zip code, you can enter your
home zip code and then input a commute radius. |

FEATURE 6: |
The database will search for companies that meet your
selected criteria and display company names as links.
When you click on a link, all that company's information
is displayed in the right pane, including its principals.
You can select all principals (default), or uncheck those
you don't wish to add to your database. |

FEATURE 7: |
If you prefer to search for recruiters (Executive Search),
you can select areas of specialty. |

FEATURE 8: |
Once your search is completed, you can choose to download
the information to your computer to utilize for direct
mail campaigns or future use. |

FEATURE 9: |
The system defaults to the information you would use for
a mail merge. You can deselect any fields you don't wish
to use, or add any other fields you might want to keep,
such as phone number, email address, or Web address. |

FEATURE 10: |
You can download the information in numerous different
formats: plain text, mail merge document, database, or
spreadsheet. |

FEATURE 11: |
You can choose to save your file in its selected format,
or in a zipped version to mimimize download time. |

You are provided with a user folder in order to store
your searches and criteria online. |
